I’ve been coming to this Firestone location for a while, and they always do a great job. The team communicates well, gets me in and out quickly, and is always positive and helpful when explaining what’s going on with my vehicles. I really appreciate the great service. Thank you!

Ray and Logan were amazing. We had two flat tires and came in 20 minutes prior to closing and they were very friendly and got the job done with plenty of time to spare. We are very grateful for the friendliness and helpful attitude. Great job and well done!

Purchased 4 tires from Firestone and had an alignment done. They failed to tighten one tire. the damage that was caused by the loose tire cost around 300 to fix. They also put locking spline lug nuts on it without providing the key. So instead of being able to change my own tire to my spare, I had to call a service to help me with removal as I was stranded. That was over 100. Going to Firestone was an expensive mistake that will not happen again.

I purchased my tires here last year. It was a great experience. I had to go back this week because I picked up some debris on the road in one tire. They diagnosed quickly, ordered a new tire, and set an appointment for me for the next day to install it. Because of the road hazard warranty they provide with your tire purchase, my replacement was only 50% of my original cost for the tire. Pretty thankful about that. I was in and out of the store in 45 minutes. Clean cool and comfortable waiting area. Everyone was courteous and friendly, and it was a great experience overall.
